Founded in 1980, Woodmeister is a family-owned and operated custom home Builder headquartered in Massachusetts. Led by a second generation Owner and female President, the company has 120 employees who work across multiple divisions - including Construction, Design Support, Property Maintenance and Millwork at our 100,000sf Millwork Shop in Central Massachusetts. **Q: Details on flooring?** *(in Photo Questions)*

We are using jet mist honed and white cabinets already, and like the look of this flooring. Can you share details?

A: These floors are stained 5" quartersawn white oak with three coats of Bona Traffic applied for the finish.

**Q: Lighting?** *(in Photo Questions)*

The fixture over the table is beautiful!  Who is the manufacturer?  I saw that the track lighting was from Tech Lighting, but when I checked their website, I didn't seem to see anything like this.  Thank you!  And beautiful work!!

A: The lighting over the table is the Cellular Chandelier. 
The cable lighting is K Hello from Tech Lighting.

I have been looking for a nice white paint.  What brand and colour number did you use on the walls.  It is a very nice white.

A: All the woodwork in this kitchen was painted with Benjamin Moore - White Dove in a pearl finish.  The walls in White Dove - eggshell.  Here's a link to the BM website - http://www.benjaminmoore.com/en-us/paint-color/pm19
The ceilings were painted in Benjamin Moore Decorator White in a flat finish.

**Q: What type of tile on the floor? Thanks!** *(in Photo Questions)*

Wondering about the type of tile?

A: The flooring used in this mudroom is Porcelanosa - wood-look porcelain tiles in random widths of 6" and 10" and in random lengths up to 40" long.  
The homeowners' intent for this radiant heated flooring was to look like real wood but with the easy-to-care-for charateristics of tile.
