> We engaged Bonadies on a project starting circa 2020.  We received regular invoicing on design ideas that were congruent with the exact designs of a spec home that he had designed in the same neighborhood.  We found Bonadies to be extremely difficult to work with and ultimately cancelled the project with him.  Unfortunately, he did continue to over-bill us for the work (over $25,000).  He claimed that he typically did not finish many projects and needed to over-bill to ensure he is paid.  It's unfortunate this type of practice exists, but not unusual in Nashville, unfortunately.
