We at first felt that what we were hoping to build would be too small and our budget too limited for Obie to be willing to take us on as clients. Wrong. He seemed honestly excited about designing a special home on a small budget. Obie talked to us about what was important to us in our home. He studied our previous home and asked pertinent questions. He listened and then creatively put all of our wants into a home filled with creative touches that make it small, modest in cost, and special.
