Is that a vinyl? A: That is stained 1x6 gap siding. I believe the material was cedar. The bricks are Belden Brick Black Diamond Velour. The size is either Monarch or Ambassador-can't remember which. The cabinets were from Leicht (sourced by Arete here in Austin) but I do not have the species. Let me know if you need anything else. That is a natural steel plate that has been clear sealed. The pattern you see is in the material itself.
