**Q: I'm building a hand scraped full log home but have areas of drywall where there isn't the golden colored logs.  What color palate would provide a warm, colorful feeling so that the house isn't all gold and wood tones?** *(in Design Dilemma)*

I'm building a hand scraped full log home but have areas of drywall where there isn't the golden colored logs.  What color palate would provide a warm, colorful feeling so that the house isn't all gold and wood tones?

A: I too own a log home and keep the drywall a basic "Navajo White", getting all the color and texture from my wall art and furnishings.the colors of nature work well in these homes.
