He general contracted this project as one would expect, but when he said that he would install the cabinetry I was shocked and a bit reluctant. Can you tell me the width of the slats? Thank you. A: Hi Lisa, Thanks! I built the ceiling using a product from a company called Lifespan Solid Select. The boards are beaded on one side and V-groove on the other. They are 5-1/2” wide. This product is treated from the factory and comes pre-primed so it’s really easy to install and lasts in the outdoors. **Q: Is this garage plan available for purchase?
