I am debating what tile to use. What color is this tile? Is it polished and if so is it too reflective from window? Cost is a hard thing to just estimate as what does that include: landscaping, foundation, materials, framing, roofing, siding, porch... I will say that I would recommend planning on starting at $10,000 if you are doing all the work yourself. Good luck **Q: how tall is the upper roof peak from the ground** *(in Photo Questions)* I'm looking into doing a similar style building as a tool shed/ workshop, but there are limitations on how tall an auxiliary building can be in my area. I love the window to let light in A: Thank you for your question. The wall height is 8 foot at the rear & 12 foot at the front. I believe the overhang is 18" at the front. You would have to calculate the angle to determine the exact height at the over hang. Either way, you could adjust as needed to meet required height restriction. The window is 12 feet wide- Pella.
