The people here are clearly passionate about what they do and it shows through in countless ways. Our original home flooded and while weighing our options we met with Scott who helped put us at ease and simply provided additional facts to help us calculate our decision. We had never wanted to build a house, but after looking at our options that was what made the most sense for us. Once we were able to get through our neighborhood deed restrictions they were off to the races. We were kept up to date through calls, texts, emails and Builder Trend. Questions were generally responded to within 24 hours or faster. > > Anyone going into a home construction project is foolish if they think there will never be bumps in the road. We had a couple but they handled them like I would have hoped. They brought it to our attention, provided us with several options and we were able to get down the road. Our initial meetings with the architects, including Rodney and Brad, were professional and pleasant and we felt listened to in that they made space for every detail we wanted in our home. We were especially impressed that the 3D rendering looked almost identical to our finished home. We loved having all the selections in one place at Ladco and also truly enjoyed working with Maggie at Ferguson; she guided us through the selection process and helped us choose lighting and hardware that truly complements our style and home. He has been personally involved with our home building from day one, is always available for questions or to coordinate any repairs or modifications we need, and is one of the best in the business. The design center with many of the custom features you would expect from a high end custom home builder reduced the amount of time needed to make selections, and ensured a good price on those selections. The LEED certification ensured that the home is extremely energy efficient and far more comfortable than any home I have ever visited or lived in. While construction always has its problems, Frankel was responsive to my concerns and was always easy to reach by phone or email, usually within 12 hours of my initial contact.
