We received several bids and hired AWD to complete a screened in patio/grill area based on the rendering, interactions with the sales rep, estimated cost, & past reviews (including a personal positive review from family).  After meeting with Sales Representative, JD, we were impressed with his precision to detail from our requests, professionalism, and ability to create a vision beyond what we imagined.  He was open and communicative with the budget, timeframe, and next steps.  We also greatly appreciated the military discount AWD offered.

> Our 35 year old deck was replaced by the All Weather Deck company last week. We got a recommendation from a friend to get an estimate. It was the smartest decision we ever made. In February, JD came to our home and explained everything involved as well as all of the choices we had to make our Happy Place even better. AWD was very cooperative at the beginning of our process in that we didn't want to have them begin work until April 2025. We got the date that we requested and AWD took care of everything else. The materials were delivered a day before they were scheduled to begin. The team of builders were lead by Alex, and Arturo and Jesus were professional builders in every way. They answered all of my questions and finished the entire deck from tearing it down, hauling off the debris, and rebuilding only took only 6 days. They always left the area cleaned up with the materials and all of their tools. I want you to know how happy we are and how impressed by all of the people involved from JD, our salesman to Alex's team to finish with perfection. I would recommend them to anyone searching to replace a deck.

> All Weather Decks has excelled at every stage of our deck rebuild.  Our deck was 20 years old, the boards were spongy, and it was a bit small.  We wanted to add square footage and put a roof over it.  We set up a date to meet with JD Zlab and he went over our ideas, offered suggestions, and gave us a ball park figure that let us know whether we could afford to move forward. There is financing available if needed.  We did and destruction and construction started soon.  We got to know the talented workers over the next couple weeks.  They were extremely hard-working men that we trusted.  They asked a few questions but they had done this job enough to know exactly what to do.  We were amazed at how accurate all cuts to the boards and trims were.  We have not found one mistake.  We were also pleased that when they knew we were having a holiday party, they came and finished the last item that morning so everything was perfect for our day.  We read the reviews and chose AWD based on the kind words others had to say.  We agree and highly recommend.  You will not be disappointed using All Weather Decks.

The sales rep, JD, came over to explain the process, brought samples and answered all my questions in an honest and professional way. JD also answered the phone and returned my calls even after the project was complete. I received the proposal electronically which was customizable to add or subtract certain features and the price would reflect the change. I also appreciated that I could make the payments online.

Alex also answered the phone when I reached out a few days later to check on something. The crew (Diego and Luis) that built the deck were professional, respectful of my property, hardworking and very pleasant. The result of their work was a beautiful, well-constructed deck. The surrounding landscape and rocks were returned to their original positions and my entire yard was clean of any construction debris.
