They are familiar with local contractors and vendors and brought in an excellent team to do the work. They recommended suppliers for fixtures and other materials who provided high-quality products. Chris and Lauren were on-site regularly and available when needed for decisions. We had sufficient confidence in Chris and Lauren’s management and support that we were comfortable starting the project before we even moved from out of state. The project was completed on time and under budget, and the work was all of excellent quality.

## Community Q&A

**Q: Wound you provide me the source of the and price?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: ywchow: the entry doors are from Portella Steel Doors and Windows, based in Texas. You would need to contact them regarding price as every door has different features and the shipping charge will vary depending on your location.

**Q: Do you use the white baseboards and trim throughout?  It is hard to te** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: marly2, the interior trim is brushed aluminum.  It appears to be white in some photos because of light reflection, but it is aluminum, as are the door jambs.

**Q: Hardie colour?** *(in Photo Questions)*

What colour was used to paint the Hardie panels (i.e. Benjamin Moore \# etc.)

A: This is not Hardie Board, it is MDO plywood with a clear finish.

**Q: Who was the general contractor for this project?** *(in Photo Questions)*

I'm looking for a good general contractor that has experience with modern and contemporary. Would you have anyone to recommend?

Love the paint color- what is it?

A: Thanks lkathkolb.  The wall paint is "Manuscript" \#200-3 from Behr.

**Q: What is the flashing detail along the perimeter of the cement board?** *(in Photo Questions)*

What is the product?

A: MacKay Home, there is no flashing around the perimeter of the panels.  The mfg. supplies black backing strips that install over the rain screen strapping at all panel joints.  The mfg. can provide specs and installation details.
