We upscaled some of our original finishings, hence, we went over slightly on our budget. 4 years after the project was completed, I noticed a colour shift on some of the Hardi-Plank siding, Lacey Constr. sent out their Project Manager and Painter to assess the concern we had, they determined that a there was a problem and promptly remedied the issue by repainting the siding in question. Lacey could have told me that the project was outside the warranty timeline, which it was, however, they stood by their good name and remedied the situation.
