What is the size of the bed? And is where the monkey sits the steps?

A: the beds are full size.  The monkey sits on a staggered stair for access to the loft bunks that also serves as shelving.

Could you identify the paint color, both blue and white, please? - This is a beautiful room! What a lucky child! Thank you fir sharing!

A: As a precaution for variability in how different computer monitors can represent color i suggest you do a brush out of the color to confirm this is the color you want.

Planning a bedroom that is 12'w x 16'l with 10'4" ceilings.  I want to know if this loft/play space can work for us. Thanks!
