The work was completed in 3 weeks - they accommodated by working on weekends since the weather in Seattle didn't play along and they weren't able to stain on some days as well. Cesar and Luis pay a lot of attention to detail while on the job. They spent a lot of time on ensuring that the support structure was built to be functional and yet, safe. Once we finalized on the price, they were able to come to my house within the month and were very flexible with my schedule. Their team showed up promptly on time every day, worked hard, and made good progress on a daily basis. They always left the house clean. Work took about a week to complete, and they were great about making adjustments on the fly. The bedroom turned out great, exactly how we wanted it, and have had many compliments on the work done.
