This custom designed lake house has 1 main level bedroom with master bath and a powder room, and the lower level has 2 additional bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. **Q: countertop color and make** *(in Photo Questions)* What kind of countertops were used in this project? Do you know the color? A: Hi Janet, thanks for your question. The coutertops are granite but unfortunalty, I don't have the color. **Q: Love the trim used. Is it real wood?** *(in Photo Questions)* Is the trim used around windows and on eaves real wood--or is there a weatherproof product that will yield that look? Thank you. A: Thank you for your interest in one of our projects. The exterior window, door, corner and fascia and soffit trim is indeed a wood product.
