> My husband and I were looking for a new refrigerator and originally went to Lowe’s. Needless to say we walked out extremely frustrated and overwhelmed. The next morning I called Atlantic Appliance and not only were their prices way better, but the service was exceptional. We worked with Carl to come up with a list of what we were looking for, and he found one comfortably in our price range that checked off all of our boxes! We did a lot of research beforehand, but if there’s anything I’ve learned from this - it’s that you really need to talk to an expert before you buy. Carl knew everything we didn’t realize we needed to know - for example, the availability of local certified technicians that can service that appliance should you need it. Carl was patient, knowledgeable, and kind. He really took the time to help us understand the appliance and NEVER pushed us. We are extremely excited about our purchase and can say with full certainty that we will never buy appliances anywhere else!!!
