They were respectful of my home, very efficient, and friendly. My initial contact with the sales staff in the store was a highly positive experience as well. They went out of their way to find me just what I needed. Nice job everybody. It took several calls and several weeks to get a response from customer service. If you call there customer service it's completely ridiculous the service and disrespect that you receive from these representatives. After the technician came out he told me that the bracket was broke, and the foot board was broke. He stated that it was not covered under any warranty, I had to pay for parts and $100 an hour for service. In less than two years the leather wore off on the other sofa and the arm rest broke away from the sofa, Again I spoke with another rude customer representative named Ashley who stated that it was not covered under warranty, my damages were customer abuse, I tried to explain that all we do is sit on the couch, somehow that call became disconnected, Lazy Boy furniture is beautiful but not durable. If you purchase it for show then that's great, but if you plan on using it actually sitting on it, bad idea. Before you purchase a Lazy Boy sofa go to the corporate website and read the reviews and believe them. Or call their customer service line and see if you get a response in a timely manner. This is the worst furniture purchase that I ever made. Some "Lazy Boys" must have made my sofas because they did not hold up two years. Stop making CEO Kurt Darrow rich he does not care about his customers. It was an extremely comfortable chair; however, the leather split on the head panel. Even though I had also purchased a 5 year 'protection warranty', Lazy Boy refused to honor it and said the leather split was from 'normal use'.
