Kathy is so knowledgeable, listens to your needs, and designs a pool based on your budget. Of all the designs we received, Kathy’s design was far superior to other builders. In addition, Kathy provides quality equipment, offers solutions to any issues that may arise, and is so efficient in coordinating crews (even in the midst of a pandemic). The crews she uses are so professional and absolute experts in their field. Her project manager, Manny was there to supervise every step of the build, and we had such a piece of mind with him being there to oversee everything. Kathy and Manny came to the house and talked to us about what we were looking for and gave great advice on how to get the pool we wanted. What amazed me the most is when I hear of others taking many months to get things done, we were dirt to swimming in 30 days. The stone subcontractor she used was an artist. We could not be happier. The next phase is tile & coping. Project manager called & said he has a crew ready for tile & coping on Monday. Is it too early considering gunfite was put in work n Friday?? A: I make it a priority to give the pool at least 5 days after gunite before going to the tile and coping phase. The gunite will continue to cure even after t&c is installed.
