> Sam promised the best flooring installation we have ever seen.  And he was right.  He first helped us to choose the right material - we were looking for engineered wood flooring of a particular kind and width.  The kind of flooring that other "big box" stores here in Houston did not have in their inventory.  The big-box sales person's answer was always "if that's what you want, we are waiting for new samples" or "just sold the last box."  We continued our search and finally, walked into Sam's store on Richmond Avenue.  Sam showed us just what we wanted,  And he did have exactly what we had in mind, and for a reasonably fantastic price.  Then, the install was done professionally, quickly, and exactly as Sam directed - so we now have a beautiful floor. My wife is very, very pleased.  Peace at last.  Thank you Sam!

The work started exactly on schedule and the installation team was on time, friendly and clean. Their attention to detail was exceptional.
