Prior to the starting the work he provided us with several options for us to consider to help value engineer the budget and was a creative problem solver.  The project was on time and budget and Peder’s provide project updates on a regular basis.   All and all we were very pleased with Peder and his team helping us create our dream home on Whidbey Island.
