I had already contacted my attorney and was getting ready to file suit when I found out the company had been sold to Boss Construction. > After Boss took over, it was an entirely new and refreshing experience. They jumped right on it and finished everything within a few weeks. The owner of the company, Brandon, was a pleasure to deal with and did everything he said he would do. The new project manager, Joe, that took over our project, was also refreshing to work with. What should have been a quick two-month project dragged on for over a year, with John’s team consistently missing deadlines and providing excuses. Weekly meetings were unproductive as progress stalled between sessions, and work often had to be restarted due to lost files and staff turnover. > > The architectural and structural plans were promised to be finalized and submitted by July 2023, but they weren’t submitted until late August—and even then, the plans were incomplete, leading to immediate rejection by the county.
