> Ray & Elie do amazing work. They did an addition at my Menlo Park ranch house converting a bedroom in a master bathroom and adding a master bathroom. The quality of their workmanship is excellent, they completed the project on time and did many extra projects that I decided to add mid project. Their bid was lower than everyone, because they employ their own crew vs going through sub contractors. That is a big deal.  Their cost is also lower, because thy encourage you to buy the material directly using their contractor discount vs most contractors charge you 10% over retail and take a 25% profit.   They have never nickled and dimed me, they are honest good people. My next remodel will also be with them.

> I've worked on several different projects with PRI ( Ray & Eli)  starting in 2010 and continuing to a full remodel in 2014-2015.  PRI designed, engineered and built a beautiful, separate pool house,  re-configured and refinished my l - shaped pool to a rectangle & removed and replaced all the pool decking. it turned out beautifully.   In 2014, I had plans done to redo our front facade incubation raising the roof,  removing interior walls, redoing the kitchen and replacing 8 sets of french doors (many of which had failed panes of glass).  I received 3 bids for the project and PRI was by far the most cost effective and reasonable that I was able to do the whole project.

**Q: How is this water heater rated?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: I cannot remember the exact rating of of this high efficiency unit. This natural gas unit provides an endless hot water supply and has substantially reduced household energy consumption, through the removal of the boiling tank.
