After we received the keys and did our first walk through, we rode home in silence. I think we were both stunned at the amount of work it actually needed. Marc had previous experience with a DIY fixer upper, but this job was overwhelming and we knew we would needed professional help and guidance. Julie was wonderful at helping us get started and being present and available throughout the process. Through the consultation process, Julie quickly understood our goals and desires for our home. She connected us with an amazing contractor and together they worked meticulously on every detail while staying within budget and on schedule.
