> I ordered a set of Windsor doors and a stationary window to match back in Feb 2026. When they arrived the glass window with grids was wrong. I was instructed to go ahead and install them and that they would be replacing the glass with the correct grids.It took over 6 weeks to get the correct glass but the wood grids were the wrong size. They told Windsor of this and it took another 6 weeks for them to arrive, but they again were the wrong size. As to date, the doors do not have the correct grids and the wood on the doors and windows got damaged during the replacement of the correct glass. Not one person has reached out to me to apologize or say they would correct this mess. I paid over $12,000 for the 2 units and am still trying to get someone to correct this mess. I am afraid I am being forced to take legal action against Architectural Windows here in Santa Fe. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have been terribly stressed out over this situation and their unprofessional business practices. I would not even give one star to this company.

> Anna Catanach came highly recommended by friends as THE PERSON to use for new windows.  We recently replaced our windows and doors (15 total) and used Architectural Windows and Doors.  Anna was always on time and gave us great suggestions and was willing to work with our budget.  She is a real problem solver.   The installer, Brian Haas, also was always prompt and worked through inclement weather to meet our deadline. We would recommend this firm to anyone!  The installers were able to remove and replace windows with no damage inside or out.  They cleaned up after they replaced each window. They were a delight to have around.
