> This spring, the our household began the journey of remodeling a major portion of their Orange, California home to including the living and dining rooms, kitchen and cabinetry, a powder room, flooring, ceiling and wall treatments.  Because it was our intention to undertake this project from an environmentally “green” standpoint, we began the search for a general contractor that was not only skilled in this type of work but one that was able to help lead us down this path.  John Steed and his company, John Steed Homes, came to us through a referral, and from our first meeting, it was clear that we found our partner.
