Our unique approach to customer satisfaction and relentless pursuit of exceptional quality are the foundation of our company.

Henry Coyle, has worked in the construction industry since age 10. Mentored by his father, a successful General Contractor, Henry Coyle gained valuable work experience and an unbelievably strong work ethic. Together with his wife, Kimberly, they built Coyle Construction Company.

As true legacy builders, their son, Ryan Coyle joined the team. Ryan has a Construction Management degree from Purdue University as well as years of experience with Walsh Construction. He shares the same passion for building as his grandfather and parents, but also brings a fresh approach to technological innovation and sustainable practices to Coyle Construction Company.

Quite simply . . . We build with integrity. Our homes are sustainable and smart with flexible floor plans and outstanding premium features. We utilize the highest quality materials, demand the best workmanship from every craftsman and personally supervise every facet of the home’s construction.

Our pursuit of perfection extends to our philosophy on customer satisfaction. Our clients are partners in the building process. Perhaps that is why 100% of our clients would recommend Coyle Construction Company to others seeking to build or remodel a space. We truly care. It truly shows.

> It's no secret that the process of building a new home is an exciting and sometimes daunting endeavor. We partnered with Coyle Construction to build our new home based on their sterling reputation as well as numerous unsolicited endorsements from neighbors and acquaintances who attested to their quality of construction and workmanship, integrity and just plain friendliness. That reputation rang true in our experience, too, through the scores of decisions, selections and changes we made from concept to completion. This was our second experience working with a builder on a new home and Coyle Construction far outshined our first build. In addition to their quality and custom capabilities, there was always the sense that they cared very much about our project, its success and our overall satisfaction through each phase. Nearly three years after moving in, we absolutely love our home and take solace in knowing that even now, years later, Coyle Construction has proven accessible and helpful with any questions or concerns we have ever had. We would certainly recommend them, especially if you are looking to go beyond cookie-cutter construction and want that extra layer of personal attention.

> We first met Henry Coyle at one of his open houses. We knew immediately after meeting him and seeing the exceptional quality of his model that we had our builder. Our situation was unique - we had planned to purchase a lot first and then build a house at some point in the future. Henry worked with us and advised us from the beginning on the site selection and lot choice, and put us in touch with his engineer and soil test professionals, well over a year before we would even sign a contract with him to build our home. When we did begin construction, Henry and Kim were there with their expertise every step of the way. They made what can often be an overwhelming process a smooth and enjoyable experience. Henry's knowledge of the building process and attention to detail are unmatched, and his subcontractors have tremendous pride in their craftsmanship and are fantastic to work with. We could not be happier with the way everything turned out, and can't thank the Coyle's enough for making our dream home a reality!

> We hired Coyle Construction to renovate the 2nd floor of our 20 year-old home. Henry assisted in ever phase of construction, from planning through punch list items. While we were concerned by renovation nightmares, this project was a dream come true. For every day of the project, someone was at our home working efficiently and respectfully. If any sort of issue presented itself, Henry was there to solve the problem! The results have been fantastic! Now, 6 months later, we are starting the renovation of our 1st floor and Coyle Construction is again leading the way.

**★★★★★ — Brian and Leigh DuMais, Jan. 2017**

> We could not be happier with the house that Henry built for us. If we ever built again, we would choose Henry without hesitation. His finished product is of exceptional quality, and the entire process of building a home with him was enjoyable from beginning to end. Henry is a very hands-on builder and pays attention to EVERY detail in the building process. Unlike our experience with our first builder, we had weekly if not daily contact with him during many stages of our build. On many occasions, we found Henry at the home doing hands on work - laying out bathrooms with a carpenter's square, installing various features himself, powerwashing outdoor areas. He wants to give you the best product he can, and demands excellence from himself and his subcontractors- all of whom have the highest regard for him.

> On of our favorite things about working with Henry is that he works hard to build a house he knows you will be happy living in, not just looking at. Walk around a home with him and he will show you all the ways he makes the home work.

> We hired Coyle Construction Company to finish our basement. Their work is excellent. They are professional, timely and reputable. I highly recommend them!

**★★★★★ — Karen erwin, Jan. 2017**

> Coyle Construction built our beautiful home in 2013. We had never built a home before so the entire process was new to us. Henry guided us every step of the way to ensure the highest quality home that would also meet the individual needs of our family. Henry was hands on and always made himself available throughout the entire project. Henry is a veteran builder that brought many years of experience and expertise to this home. I would not hesitate to build again with Coyle Construction.

**★★★★★ — Imtiaz Hamid, Jan. 2017**

> Mr Coyle is a very dedicated honest builder who takes great pride in his work. I found him very responsive to our questions during construction phase.quality of work has been outstanding. In short I highly recommend him. You can be sure outstanding workmanship and great followup.

> The right builder is essential to a successful project. Once you are in the process you need someone that knows his business, has a good team assembled, one that takes pride in his work, and perhaps most importantly is trustworthy. Henry Cole has these qualities and more. We were fortunate to have one of the most pleasurable and rewarding building experiences. He provided my wife and I with a smooth, mainly stress-free, on time and on budget beautiful new house. Henry is a second-generation builder and he has the building business ingrained in him and works to find the most up to date practices and materials. He has energy, drive, and takes real pride in his work and in building a home that you will be comfortable in for years to come. He was on budget except for the extras that we put in and with those, he always gave us a written work order to approve before he did the work. Although he has been fully paid he continues to give us the time and service when we need it. We wholeheartedly recommend that you speak with him if you are considering building a house. To top it off, he's a genuinely nice guy who's very easy going and enjoyable to be around.

> Coyle Construction built our home. It was a pleasure working with Henry Coyle. He was responsible, and genuinely concerned that everything was done correctly. He was always on the job site and available to the customer. Henry was also agreeable to changes, something many contractors dislike. I would gladly recommend Coyle Construction. If I ever needed another house built, I would use Henry again.

**★★★★★ — Deb Trojan, Jan. 2017**

> I have hired Coyle Construction twice, and I'm sure I will again. The most recent project was an entire gut job. Henry is the most professional and knowledgable contractor. Most impressive is the attention to details and thus the quality of workmanship. I was always informed as to the progress of the work, and deadlines and budgets were met. Henry Coyle stands behind his work, always. Absolutely great people to work with. I would (and do) recommend Coyle Construction to anyone looking for superior quality construction.

**★★★★★ — Allan Jeziorski, Jan. 2017**

> Purchasing a home from Coyle Construction has been a great experience. My wife and I are extremely happy with our home and very happy with the customer service that has followed. Henry's attention to detail and the quality of his contractors were excellent. I would highly recommend anyone looking to build or buy a home to call Henry.

**★★★★★ — Nash and Hind Ibrahim, Jan. 2017**

> Working with Coyle construction has been a pleasure. Henry Coyle takes great pride in his work and it shows. I was worried building a home because of nightmare stories I have heard but with Henry Coyle it wasn't like that. He talked you through every step during the process and he is not only there for you during construction but afterwards as well. I now have my dream home thanks to him. I would recommend Coyle construction company to anyone who wants things done the correct way the first time.
