Ariana Stillwell nicely handled the order and subsequent communication. Unfortunately, the product was packaged improperly and shipped with several edges exposed, allowing damage to the product. The company, and Alec Hoath specifically, refused to take responsibility. This was clearly a packaging error and a poorly conceived plan. Alec and Ivan created a custom fireplace mantel and kitchen table for our family's kitchen / living room renovation. They provided excellent design assistance and customer service from beginning to end. Our mantel is made from a beam from a 100 year old barn that the company found and purchased for customer projects. Ivan and his experienced eye steered me in the direction of this style of mantel and Alec's modern computer design program helped me visualize the specific details.
