This certified LEED platinum home, designed by architect Scott Kemp, preserved and recreated the natural habitat of the rivers edge and surroundings. We sourced and installed native plants which would typically grow on the river bank. This provided several benefits including preventing erosion of the bank as the river rises and improving water quality with natural cleansing.
