> Cris did incredible work on my plans to remodel my house.  He doesn't focus with the city of Los Angeles, but he clearly went out of his way to understand the unique requirements of the city.  Every plan checker who looked at the plans were very impressed by them.  I got them approved over the counter which shocked my dad who is a general contractor and thought it was a big enough project that it would require longer approval.  I think it helped that the plans were so good.
