> I hired SCOD Services to initially frame a 3500sq ft. Residential home. It took a while for him to bid this project and I believe he just looked at the plans to make the bid.  This project was a lot more than just the house,  the house is new but the existing garage was severely damaged by a lightning strike and resulting fire that is to be attached to the house . He won the house bid on competitive pricing, his availability and reviews from former clients I called.
> The project started ontime and he expected to be done in 3-4 weeks. His crew was very professional, hard working and punctual. When confronted with changes the crew handled them almost immediately after the words were spoken. At the end of the day they took time to make sure the site was safe and tidy allowing non construction visitors a brainstorming experience.
> The project completed a bit ahead of schedule which made me very happy. I ended up awarding the other half off the project to him also. The pricing was just in line with the original bid.  They amazed me at the surgical demo that was required to remove everything from bottom floor studs to second story rafters and decking while maintaining the structure. The craftsmanship his Crew possesses better than something you would see on HGTV or DIY. I had several trades comment on how well the framing was done which just re affirmed I had the right company building our forever house.

> These guys rock!  I had a low life scum walk off my project and SCOD Services stepped right in and rescued my tile floor project.  They even put up with me sending Text messages at 3am (and answered them!)  You will not find a better group to work with. They need a 6th star for these guys.  I will be using them for more projects very soon!
