Morgan, and we had an excellent overall experience. We enjoyed working with their whole team. The workers were very skilled, communicated well and provided a great end product. T. Morgan is unique in that they use employees (rather than sub-contractors) for the work. That allowed them to stay on track with the timeline and even finish a bit early. There weren't any problems with sub-contractors (electrician, plumber, drywaller, painter) who did not show up as we've seen with other contractors. We had a few small issues come up as there always will be in remodeling, and the team adjusted quickly and solved each one admirably. What we especially admired was their ability to propose multiple options for our HVAC issues which led to a great solution that was on the lower cost end. The company does not provide a designer to lead the selections process, but we were comfortable making choices using their preferred suppliers. This helped make them a more cost effective partner than companies with in-house designers. We highly recommend working with T.
