Duce Construction Corporation is a full-service General Contractor and Construction Management firm specializing in building and renovating high-end luxury homes and estates located in New York City, Connecticut, and New Jersey. With over three decades of experience building luxurious homes and estates, Duce understands the requirements needed to facilitate meticulous details and custom designs. Our in-house Design Engineering Department produces Duce Details and Duce Coordination drawings for each project. Duce Details are proprietary sketches and drawings developed over time and are our proven means and methods to build something that stand the test of time. Duce Coordination Drawings are needed to execute an architect or designer’s signature design elements and facilitate work between the trades. These details are of vital importance and allow a project to move towards successful completion … on time, on budget, and with the highest construction standards.

Each project has a dedicated team, which includes the firm’s Principal, Managing Director, Project Manager, Assistant Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Lead Carpenters, Drafting and Design Engineering, and Estimating Department. The firm’s Principal and Managing Director are personally involved with quality control, job costs, logistics, project schedule and management. > Rory, the owner, is does not respect his clients or their needs and is generally egomaniacal in his both in interactions and actions.  Duce also has no respect for customer's budgets and overbills on almost every line item including invoices for work never performed.  I would not recommend Duce under any circumstances for a residential project.

> Dear threesets123, I'm sorry you feel this way. I would like to know your project to comment from my perspective. I will be straight and honest. New Construction usually comes in close to a fixed cost, however, renovations often have overruns due to unforeseen latent conditions, lack of detail on the architectural drawings or no drawings and missing product specifications. In my experience,  scopes of work often change and sometimes those dollars go towards the new scopes of work, execution and management.
