Pat Ball, a third generation native Floridian, founded Ball Construction in 1974. Over the course of his professional career, Pat has cultivated close ties with key area institutions such as the Historical Society of Sarasota County and has also developed friendships and productive working relationships with the area's best architects, engineers and subcontractors.

> Excellent construction firm.  We hired Ball Construction to do the restoration of the original structure and a new addition to an historic 1917 home on Siesta Key.  Comfortable, professional team to work with.  The company is run by the owner, a native of Sarasota who has a wealth of knowledge of his trade.
> The company does very  high end work,  They are responsible for the majority of historic restoration and renovation in our region, including major projects at Spanish Point and Ringling's Cad'zan and Sarasota School of Architecture residences.
