I was wondering what type of wood is used for the exterior and if it requires a lot of maintenance.

A: It is reclaimed wood- appearance is created by weather.

What type and color of wood flooring was used in this home. I love it!!

A: These floors are Rustic White Oak, random width with a custom finish done by LT Hardwoods of Hailey, Idaho. They are used throughout the home.
