The technician, was  courteous with minimal fanfare he marked the spots on the wall, popped a hole into it dropped the cables and using what looked like a magic tray made all the wires disappear mounted the TV, cleaned up behind himself thoroughly and the job was done. The price was on estimate and under the projected time he stated. I would most definitely hire them again
