> We hired Exceptional Exteriors and Renovations for metal roof install. Their sales representative Dennis was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the whole process of installation and outlined  time frame  when the work will be done. After signing contract and giving down payment for the job we had to wait a few months which is normal for the season and weather conditions at the time (November). These guys install roofs all year long weather permitting. Which is surprising because other contractors closed down the shop for the year. Once the work started it was done within 5 days. They were off for the Thanksgiving. It was raining and snowing on them the entire time! The crew foreman - Chris was in contact the entire time and was very professional as well. The result - fantastic looking blue metal roof with 50 year warranty for less than we had appraised for shingle. It completely transformed the look of the entire building. The crew left the job site very clean also. There were little hiccups in the process of waiting and receiving supplies to the address. Since the building was a rental property, we didn't want supplies to sit out for the fear of somebody stealing it, so we had to move it to the personal residence.  I would recommend this company to anybody and would use it myself again. They stand behind their promise in a professional manner!

> I am extremely disappointed with this company. I hired them 6 years ago to replace my roof. I read the reviews and thought I had made a good choice.  Turns out I was wrong. In the last week I found multiple pieces of shingles off the corners of my roof and at least 3 entire shingles have blown off my house. Yes, it has been windy but multiple sheets of shingles says shoddy work to me. In addition to finding these shingles, I have rather significant water damage in my house.  I called to ask about repairs and was told that labor only has a 1 year warranty and that I have to pay somebody to fix it myself. As far as the water damage goes, I was told to file an insurance claim. Not happy about that but I let them call their service guy. He called me on a Saturday while I was at work and gave me attitude that I wasn't home for him to do the repair right then. (Apparently both he and the company did not listen to my schedule when I told them). I told him that I had to work on Sunday and would be home until 11am. He said he would stop to inspect the roof before I left for work. He did not show up. No word from him until he texted me at 9:45 Sunday night. He then asked me to call him, which I did. I told him I had to work on Monday and leave by 9am. Again he said he would be there. He said that he would only charge me $150 if I paid cash or $175 if I had to write a check - which had to be written out to his wife. (That doesn't seem shady at all.... hmmmm.) He had to check with his "helper" so he couldn't tell me what time he would be there. I texted him an hour later with no answer. Fed up in the morning when he didn't arrive at my house before I had to leave for work, I texted him to tell him that since he didn't answer me so I could arrange to have somebody at my home, I could not authorize him to work on my house while I was gone. Again, no answer.  He texted me an hour later saying was on his way. I called him to say that I couldn't permit that. He very rudely told me that he has a bigger job to do on Tuesday that is why he wanted to get my job out of the way. Unfortunately his behavior did not make me feel as if he would actually repair my roof. I called the company to tell them that I wanted a different repair person and was told that they didn't have any repair people who would come this far to do the jobs. (Funny though, I wasn't too far for them to take my money the first time.) So now I have to find somebody myself to repair the roof and the water damage in my home and pay for it all. Their work is subpar and their customer service is terrible. They obviously don't care about their customers or follow up. I had been considering using them for more projects but am now finding other contractors.

> Exceptional Exteriors installed the roof in 2012.  Like any profession company our work is warranted for 1 year. We were contacted for the 1st time since the installation of the roof on June 2018, it is unfortunate that after the resent storms a few shingle had blown off.  As a professional courtesy we happily offered to supply the material needed for the repair and suggested a service man to which the customer would pay directly for his labor.  We are sorry that their schedules conflicted and suggested that perhaps it would be best to find a service man that is local to the area.  Again we offered to reimburse the customer directly for the cost of material that would be needed. Our customers are our top priority it is unfortunate that we were unable to achieve a grade of “A” for the service requested.  Although Exceptional Exteriors strives for customer satisfaction on this particular instance it seems we were not able to.

> The best decision we made!
> My husband and I were planning an addition for the side of our home. I've heard horror stories of remodels and additions from many of my friends so I researched and interviewed multiple companies before beginning the process.  Exceptional Exteriors came highly recommended by a friend. Roman came to our house and made us feel comfortable from the beginning. The 2 story addition (plus integral garage), roof and siding were completed during the winter and in under 3 months. Roman made the entire process easy...from obtaining blueprints and permits to providing a crew that were on time and polite.  We LOVE the results!  I would highly recommend this company!!
