> WAY too LOUD Kobe Range hood
> Our new Kobe Range hood is WAY too loud, does not suck sufficiently and horrible/zero customer service! We upgraded and paid a premium price to get a quiet range hood - and we were greatly disappointed. Their claims: "so quiet...you won't believe it's on!" and "your satisfaction is our top priority" are unfortunately, lies. Our neighbour can hear this range. Customer service person, Ron Lee just wants to fight - no intention of delivering on promises. Worst purchase ever! Do not be suckered like I was. Our generic under-cupboard range was quieter and more effective than Kobe range - save your money!
