> Efficient, fast, courteous.   We noticed we had our sump pump go out on Sunday, and the week is forecasted to have Rain.   We called a total of 3 places and Superior was able to be out immediately.  Superior Drainage, Inc  had repair person dispatched within the next half hour.    Jacob was respectful to our home, and efficiently replaced the sump pump and was on his way to his 3 rd job for the morning.    From Kelly to Jacob we give Superior Drainage 5 stars.   Thanks for resolving our problem quickly.

> I had the guys out to dig and install a new sewer line. Mike came out the day before and used his magic to find where the line ran. Because it is an old house, the line ran through an area of large trees. The next day they determined a better way for the line, so that we could keep the trees. They dug the trench, answering all of my questions as they went. We found that the downspouts were clogged and they helped with a temporary fix until we get them updated. The backhoe operator, who was very good, even was on the lookout for large rocks for me. When they were done, I had a narrow path of mounded dirt and some grass to grow. I need to let the dirt settle to fix the yard totally, but I can tell it is going to look great.
