I have to say, it was a very minor issue and was not even visible unless you pay great attention. When the owner (Alex) contacted me to see if I am satisfied with the work, I said everything was perfect except the backsplash. I even told him that there is nothing that we can do at this point. But, he send workers to fix that minor issue to make the job "perfect"! I have to say, I didn't expect the issue to be resolved.
