Now that my walls are a beautiful blue i am more calm and relaxed. For the first time in a long time i got really good sleep last night. They are very patient and understanding for I asked a lot of questions and they answered them all for me. Other painting companies yelled at me and got mad. But 360 painting did not. They are wonderful people and very honest and caring. I have autism so i habe trouble understanding sometimes and communicating with people. But Steven and Felicia were both extremely amazing people. I received a quote to paint the room without removing the wallpaper and it was around $800. I then decided to go ahead and have the wallpaper removed and the quote was $1200, which I was fine with because we really wanted the wallpaper gone and a quality job. Well, once the job started the painters removed two small panels of the wallpaper and then asked me if they could just paint over it because the wallpaper was really stuck on. I told them just do whatever they thought was best. I came back later to see that no more wallpaper had been removed and when I brought it up and asked for a refund of the $400 difference in price I was told that they couldn't do that. They refunded me $139 which I took, but feel that it was a bit of a lack of integrity on their part. They never admitted fault and that was frustrating. Either their initial quote was wrong or they were just taking advantage of me. Assuming it was the former, I wish they had just admitted the initial quote was wrong and said they were sorry. My sense is that they are bottom line/money focused and that was my biggest issue with their company and why I wouldn't use them again. **Comment from 360 Painting Tulsa:** > Val, > Thank you for your comments.
