> Things took a bit longer than planned on a garbage disposal replacement because of unexpected circumstances on my end. Chris was professional curtious and got the job done same day. Because of the longer than expected time, he offered to do the work for free just because he wanted me to be happy even though it was NOT his fault. I think this gesture says a lot about his integrity and level of commitment to doing the right thing.
