> I hired ACM to make a sign for me. Ken was great to work with. He listened to what I wanted, and took the time to make sure it was perfect. The work was completed in a timely manner and it was absolutely perfect. I will be using him for future project!!

> Ken has created a few items for us, per our specifications, and he's always done fantastic work. He maintains great interaction before and during the production process, and is careful to follow up to make sure we're completely satisfied with the finished product. We highly recommend ACM.

> The key to getting my business is quality and ethics. I interviewed Ken Marah prior to hiring him to build railings for my home. I was impressed with his attentiveness, followup with professional design plans, and the consideration he gave to communication, scheduling, and my opinion concerning the final product. I would hire Ken Marah again when needed. And, in fact, six of my neighbors have hired him upon viewing his work at my home.

> I used this company to make some custom ornamental pieces. They were all custom made and ordered. All pieces, 4 in total were perfect and just how I ordered them. I gave them out for Christmas gifts and everyone loved them. I would suggest this business to anyone that is looking for any kind of metal work from custom fabrication to any kind of welding or forging.

## Community Q&A

**Q: Is this dark bronze?** *(in Product Questions)*

Is this dark bronze? When looking at the picture, it looks very dark which is what I’d like. However, the picture of the base seems lighter, an almost light brown color. Please confirm that this is very dark bronze (dark brown).

A: Hi Cynthia! Thank you for having a look at our paper towel holder. Please keep in mind that lighting always plays a big role in how items appear online. Also different screen settings can affect the look as well. We would not consider our oil rubbed bronze finish a dark brown, this would be more in the range of medium to medium-dark brown.

I hope this this helps out and if you need anything else please let us know.

thank you again!

**Q: can you make a larger napkin hol** *(in Product Questions)*

can you make a larger napkin holder

A: Hello!! Thank you for getting in touch. I am sorry but we only offer this size on Houzz, This holder is approximately 4" deep x 6" tall x 5.75" wide.
If you need anything else please let us know.
Thank you

**Q: Love this. can it be mounted vertically on cabinet near kitchen sink?** *(in Product Questions)*

A: Hi Linda!! Thank you for having a look and getting in touch with us. While these are perfectly fine to be near a kitchen sink they would not work in a vertical position. We do have wall mount versions of this but they are not yet available on houzz. I hope this helps out and if you need anything else just let us know.
Thank you

**Q: why isn't the length included in details?** *(in Product Questions)*

Don't know if this will fit under open shelf held up by brackets, because length isn't given. I can measure a paper towel roll, but how far does the rod stick out on either side?

A: Hi Kathy, Thank you so much for having a look and and asking this question. The dimensions for our paper towel holders can be found under product specifications on each variation of this holder. The paper towel bar on these is approximately 13.5" wide and the whole unit is approximately 15.5" from end to end of the mounting plates. We recommend having at least 16" of horizontal space for mounting these. The hooks are approximately 4" tall by 2" deep. Please keep in mind these are handmade paper towel holders, each one is a little different than the next and the reason for saying the dimensions are approximate.

If you have any other questions please let us know.

Thank you

**Q: Trying to use inside of a cabinet (behind a door). Need measurements** *(in Product Questions)*

A: Thank you so much for having a look and getting in touch. These paper towel holders are approximately 13.5" wide x 2" deep x 4" tall. We recommend having at least 14" in width of mounting surface. We hope this helps but if you have any other questions just let us know.

**Q: Can you be more specific about beeswax and burnished finishes** *(in Product Questions)*

A: Thank you so much for asking. We are in the process of updating all of our pictures. Until then the second listing picture shows an example of each available finish. Our Burnished finish is a shinny steel finish that has a high gloss clear coating. Our Beeswax finish is a dark grey finish that has a matte clear coat applied. All of our items are forged by hand from solid steel.
