> Very disappointed in service. They seem to be too big to care when mistakes are made. Installed a countertop with a horrible seam (location and execution) after we had specifically discussed seam consideration! Ended up having countertop removed and replaced by another company.

> These guys were the utmost of professionals. We had our old laminate countertops removed and solid surfaces installed. They were punctual and did perfect work. Our bar top was an unusual shape and we had been told by other contractors it couldn't be removed without causing extensive damage to the wall. They came in and took care of it with no problem at all. We are so grateful.

> The installers were great. I am very happy with our countertop. However, there was a lot of high blood pressure associated with this order. We ordered through Home Depot and were told to go out to the warehouse to look at slabs and pick one. We did, and the warehouse didn't have any of the granite we had chosen. They looked it up for us and told us it was out of stock and not due to come in for another 2 months (approximately 3 months after our remodel was to be complete). The project manager or whomever had failed to put the order in when we ordered through Home Depot, and waited a month before doing so, which made the shipment late. Finally though, they got ONE slab in and told us to come look at it at their location off Lamar in KCK. We showed up and it wasn't there. And I got frustrated definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.

Oh, by the way, they wouldn't honor the price I agreed to pay on a replacement slab, so if the replacement I liked was more, they were going to make me pay that full price. So much for customer service.

> It was a pretty long process to get our countertops. We put down the deposit and our countertops didn't actually go in our kitchen for over a month. They must have a pretty long list. They also scratched our walls when putting in the countertops because they were cut just slightly too long. However, the countertops are GOOOOOOOORGEOUS and the seam they put in is barely visible.
