He unexpectedly and abruptly withdrew from the project at a critical phase citing that he couldn’t take on more work. If he didn’t have the bandwidth to take on our small project, he should have told us at the onset and we would have understood. Instead, he waited WEEKS to tell us. I found his behavior incredibly unprofessional. The wall above the cabinet demonstrates only the absence of work we were intended to do, not any destruction we caused to the client’s property whatsoever.
