This caused several issues with the items quoted/bid vice our desires. As examples our floor joists not built/provided to accommodate a smooth entry shower dispite our expressing this to both the architect and project manager and an additional 3/4" plywood needed to be added in the rest of the bathroom which caused the carpet installers to have to build a shim ramp which will cause excess carpet wear in that area. Another example is dispite our expressed desire for Trex decking, treated wood was the only thing quoted.
