> Fleur-de-Lis Construction managed a recent kitchen and master bath renovation at our home in Mooresville, NC. Keith and Leah DiPascal were OUTSTANDING to work with. They are the nicest people. Our project was completed in less time than we thought and ON BUDGET. We felt the prices charged were very fair for the outstanding quality of the work completed. The subcontractors Keith engaged were extremely professional, showed up when they said they would, were all insured and took great care of our home as they completed their work. They were true craftsmen in their respective trades. Keith was ALWAYS visible on the job site. We could never have managed all these subcontractors by ourselves. Every little detail was paid attention to. Keith and his team went out of their way to make sure we were pleased with all aspects of the project. We are now enjoying a beautiful new kitchen and master bathroom thanks to Keith and Leah.

We started out with a different builder and experienced many problems and delays.  In order to keep the project moving forward, we hired Keith to complete the home.  He was available to us, our designer and the subcontractors for questions every single day, including weekends.   He is personable, communicates with the homeowners and subs extremely well, has a great sense of humor and has the highest level of integrity.  He uses excellent subcontractors and they clearly respect him.  He was many steps ahead of possible delays, always coming up with a solution to a potential delay so the project could move forward.  It was very clear to us that he genuinely cared about our family and that his priority was to get us into our new home as quickly as possible, while never sacrificing quality.
