From my experience ,he has had a lot of practice at this type of scam. Most horrible experience of my life—From day one—I was lied to about everything that would and did take place-every day—every sentence spoken, every word.—Started with framing house and he would not put roof on—I should have known then something was going on—as I read other reviews I see he does this to other customers.. Never would complete any part of anything he started—that is his style-his way of cheating me out of several thousands of dollars. I really felt sorry for the man, and gave him several chances, paid for thousands of dollars of materials that I had already paid him for –just trying to get house built. Even offered to pay him a contracted salary to finish house, but he didn’t even come and do that. The list goes on to long to mention all—but some of the strange things he did on my house was set plumbing fixtures and never ran drain lines in walls-did run vent line for plumbing half way up walls and stopped there venting plumbing between walls ran plumbing lines with fittings with no clamps— Never install main plumbing line—along with numerous phases of the contracted house—Put sheetrock on and covered all electrical outlets—doors installed backwards—would not open or close—all had to be removed and reinstalled---- decided to put flooring in before sheetrock was installed on walls--and on and on—I have pictures. Contractors, friends, retailers, invoices, and an open invitation for anyone to come look at the house, talk with the contractors i have hired to repair and put in proper order. I have spent thousands of dollars on a two bedroom house that he built that was of extremely sub -par quality putting it a usable state... I am of the understanding Texas Tiny Homes LLC\* has now targeted and moved into the Victoria area---BUYER BEWARE—Come see me—I will have other customers to share—Just come look—MY WISH is this not happen to anyone else—This explanation of my experience is the truth—Again look at other reviews— **★ — orosashl, Jan. 2021** > My story is so long, I could write a book about this. Here are just a few things. BEWARE: Worst experience of my life, and in more debt than ever. We gave him so many chances. > > I told Donn that if he gave me all the missing materials when I took over the build, that I wouldn't write a bad review or sue him. But this moment 3 years later, I don't care anymore to respect him, since he didn't respect me, and once again, he has come back to haunt me. > > We came to Donn straight out of college with the dream of going Tiny to get out of student debt. > > He took our money. Never finished the build or did what was on the contract. It came to a point that we would fly from PA to TX every single weekend to try and work on the Tiny with him since he never advanced. He was always drunk, always waiting to get his money deposited, would never show up even if we arranged with him before, we'd be waiting for hours. We sent the police several times. He would say "a tornado destroyed the house", the police would go out, and tell us there had been no tornado. > > We spent 18 months fixing his mistakes. > Now everything we've done by ourselves has come together nicely, but every once in a while, we keep being reminded how everything he did, he did wrong. We spent more time and money fixing his mistakes than the house is worth. Nothing is leveled. Got to a point where he would not answer my calls or text. I will have to get other contractors to complete his mess. Don't trust him and stay away. Kept saying would complete this weekend for last 5 months. My building sat unfinished with very minimal things left to do for over two weeks when we finally informed him we no longer wanted to proceed with their services. We are now having to do the finishing touches ourselves and fix their mistakes.
