> Kevin with Davanti Homes did a full remodel of our downstairs in 2016. He runs his business very efficiently. We finalized all of our plans and selections before even signing the contract. He gave us an exact quote. We signed, moved out, and work began as scheduled. Not a single day went by that Kevin did not have trades in our house making progress. He told us 6-8 weeks to complete the project. We moved back into what looked like a brand new house in 7 weeks. He delivered exceprional work on time and on budget. I would recommend him to anyone.
