We hired them to replace the roof for us. This was a challenging project particularly with all the HVAC units located on this area of the roof. But, they handled it extremely well for a fair price. They have a "can do" attitude and were quick to repair and address any issues or concerns. We also had rain show up in the forecast after they started and they were able to complete the project ahead of schedule in time for the rain event. Johnny was the onsite foreman. Jake came with his crew to replace my flat roof this past week, and the guys showed up on time at 8am, worked throughout the day until finished at 6pm. They really are a great crew. Also thanks to the Project Manager Jake for walking us through the process and answering all our detailed questions! We had over 6 roof layers on the property and all the other estimates recommended a layover of adding another layer of roofing onto the roof. Jake explained to me that 2 layers is the housing code maximum, and that not only were all those layers too much weight for the property but that the leaks wouldn't fully be fixed until rotted wood under the layers was replaced with new plywood. The next day they emailed me the report. Turns out my roof though old has no issues.
