> Tony and his team completed a remodel of 2 bathrooms, built a laundry closet, and master bedroom closet for our 1930s Spanish Colonial house. Before going with Tony, we interviewed 3 other contractors before going with him.

> What we liked most about him was the transparency of his budget proposal. His spreadsheet broke out every item in detail from flooring to electrical and was easy to see and understand the costs. He was not the cheapest of our quotes but the ones that came in under had high level budgets and scope and I could not tell from their experience or quality. Other contractors came in higher and were pushy for us to sign but Tony never once rushed.

> We lived in our house through the remodel with a 1 year old which was tough. However, his team made every effort to use zip walls and block off sections of the house as much as possible. Was it completely dust-free? No. But seeing the construction first hand there is no such thing. As things came up during the construction process, he was responsive and did not try to nickel and dime.

> We highly recommend him and his team. This being our first significant remodel (hopefully last) we were happy with the results. We will definitely call him when we're ready to do the Kitchen!
