False expectations and continuous lies. Owner is nowhere to be found while his staff has nothing other than "your order is in production" to say. I am on week 20 for a 12 week lead time custom piece. > > These guys are fantastic upfront until they take your full payment. FYI, this is the only way they do business - 100% payment upfront. Then they lose all credibility. In the last 10 weeks since asking for an update I have been told they are understaffed, lost staff due to immigration, had a fire in their spray booth, owner is in the hospital, amongst others. > > I can't get an eta on my furniture and have been extremely transparent and accepting that it is delayed. I simply asked for a true timeframe even if months more out. Nobody has enough integrity or sense to give an honest answer. We got exactly what we wanted, plus it was nice to support a local, family owned business. The quality is exceptional and sturdy and I'm sure it'll be in our family for a long, long time! Prices were reasonable too verses ready made furniture. I highly recommend Table Top Dan if you want a custom piece of furniture and are particular about the exact style, finish and size you need.
